Individual tailoring

We are the women’s clothing brand Sarah Berlin and we produce all our products ourselves.
This is not a mass market product: each model is produced in a limited number of standard sizes.

For non-standard figures and larger sizes, we offer custom tailoring of items from our Shop based on your measurements, taking into account your height and body features.

Price for custom tailoring.

The price for custom tailoring according to your measurements increases by 40% of the base price. When placing an order, when you select the desired color and size for “individual tailoring” (this is a separate size within the product), the price is calculated automatically. Next, you’ll need to enter your custom measurements.

Lead times for custom tailoring.

Individual tailoring remotely requires the special attention and supervision of our many specialists, who create patterns tailored to your individual measurements and oversee the entire tailoring process, ensuring the garment fits perfectly, taking into account your body shape, so the final product is beautiful, high-quality, and fits you perfectly. Therefore, custom-made orders require a minimum of 7 business days, depending on the model and the workload at the time of order. When ordering multiple custom-made items, the production time is automatically extended (at least 2-4 weeks).

Fitting the finished product to your figure.

With custom tailoring, the fit depends on the accuracy of your measurements.
Please note that custom-made garments ordered remotely, without a single fitting, cannot always guarantee the desired result due to the exceptional individuality of each figure. But we, for our part, will make every possible effort and try to discuss with you all the nuances of your figure in order to create the perfect product specifically for your figure.
When making a custom-made garment, the style and design of the garment itself remain unchanged; only certain adjustments are made to take into account the customer’s height, proportions, and individual body measurements. Adjustments to the garment’s length or sleeves are also possible at the customer’s request.

Correction and return.

Products of proper quality, made “according to your individual measurements”, are not subject to return or exchange.

If a product made to Custom measurements fully matches our model, but does not fit the figure due to No fault of ours (for example, you provided incorrect measurements or you have certain body features that were not disclosed to us; or you lost or gained weight during the sewing process), then you can correct such defects yourself by contacting any tailor.
If the product has manufacturing defects (uneven stitching, fabric defects, etc.), we undertake to correct the defects as soon as possible and resend the product to you.
If you discover any defects, you must immediately notify us of them, but no later than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. If you have not done this within the specified period, the goods are considered to have been received in proper condition. In this case, we are not responsible for any possible defects that may arise after receiving the product for reasons beyond our control (Article 853 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
Products of proper quality, made “according to your individual measurements”, are not subject to return or exchange. An exception is made for items that have a significant manufacturing defect that cannot be corrected (for example, you ordered a white dress, but we mistakenly made a pink one); in this case, you have the right to a full refund or exchange (Article 853 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
